Terms of Service
Our full Terms of Service are being finalized. In the meantime, the commitments that govern how Quillen works are already in force:
- You approve every reply before it posts. The one exception is autopilot: it is off by default, it is only available on Team, and it posts for a campaign only after you switch it on for that campaign yourself.
- We connect X through the official X API and LinkedIn through a third party provider that holds that session for us, which is not the same thing as an official LinkedIn API. Quillen never asks for your password and never runs an extension inside your own browser.
- Every send passes rate limits, deduplication and a warmup gate that we enforce rather than leave to a settings page. Your plan cap is not the only ceiling: the stricter of your plan cap and a per account ceiling applies, which is 50 a day on X and 25 a day on LinkedIn. Accounts connected from 12 August 2026 also ramp to those ceilings over four weeks, are held to 100 LinkedIn actions per rolling week, and send outreach on weekdays between 8am and 6pm once you have set a posting timezone. Accounts connected earlier keep the throughput they already had. Your own scheduled posts keep the times you set.
- These controls reduce risk. They are not a warranty. Platforms enforce against patterns no vendor controls, and any tool promising your account cannot be restricted is one to distrust. See safety for every number and what we do not claim.
- You own every connected account and can disconnect or cancel at any time.
- Quillen is free to start and asks for no card to sign up. A paid plan bills when you upgrade, and you can cancel at any time.
