Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start free with no card: X replies in your voice with human approval on every draft. Upgrade for LinkedIn, audience discovery and higher volume, or pay yearly and save 20%. Cancel anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal; changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated by Stripe.
What counts as a reply?
Any reply Quillen drafts and you approve for posting. The per day number is a soft cap that keeps your account on safe pacing.
How do credits work, and do they expire?
Each drafted reply uses credits by engine: Standard 1, Advanced 3, Ultra 6. Your plan's monthly credits reset each period and do not roll over. Top-up credits you buy never expire, and are only spent once the month's credits are gone, so a busy month never wastes what you already paid for.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
Buy a top-up pack any time from your billing page: 2,500 credits for $50. Top-ups never expire, and you can switch on auto-refill to buy another pack automatically when you run low.
Do you offer annual or enterprise pricing?
Yes, every plan can be paid yearly at 20% off the monthly rate. For larger teams or custom volume, reach out and we will sort out something that fits.
