Agencies
Every client sounds like themselves, not like your agency
The hard part of running social for other people is not volume, it is voice. The moment one person writes replies for six clients, every account starts sounding like the same helpful intern. Quillen gives each account its own persona, so the accounts stay distinct even though one team is behind all of them.
A separate voice per client, not a tone setting
Quillen builds a SOUL.md persona for each account from that person’s own writing: their phrasing, their rhythm, and an antivocabulary of words they would never use. Two clients replying in the same thread do not come out sounding identical, because they are not sharing a template.
One queue across every account you manage
Connect multiple accounts per platform and work them from a single approval queue instead of logging in and out all day. Each account carries its own budget, so a noisy client cannot quietly eat another client’s capacity.
Nothing posts without a human
Every draft waits for approval. That matters more when the account is not yours: an off brand reply on a client account is a client conversation you did not want to have. Autopilot exists for the accounts you have learned to trust, and it is opt in per workflow rather than a global switch.
Pacing that protects accounts you do not own
Quillen posts through official platform APIs and sanctioned providers rather than a browser extension driving a logged in session. It enforces conservative rate limits, randomized gaps, deduplication and a cooldown so the same person is not replied to repeatedly, and a warmup gate that eases a newly connected account in rather than starting it at full volume.
Seats and roles for the people doing the work
Invite the team into one shared workspace with roles, so the person drafting is not necessarily the person approving. Everyone still shows up in the right client’s voice.
Common questions
- Can Quillen handle more than one client account per platform?
- Yes. You can connect multiple accounts per platform, each with its own persona and its own budget, and work all of them from one approval queue.
- Will two clients end up sounding the same?
- No, and this is the specific problem Quillen is built to solve. Each account gets a persona synthesized from that person’s own writing rather than a shared tone preset, so the output differs per account.
- Can my team approve without me?
- Yes. The Team plan supports multiple seats with roles in a shared workspace, so drafting and approving can sit with different people.
