Sales teams
Replies are where the conversations actually start
Cold outreach gets ignored because it arrives with no context. A useful reply in a thread the buyer already cares about does not. The constraint has always been that replying well does not scale across a team, which is the part Quillen changes.
Target by fit, not by volume
ICP search across LinkedIn and X surfaces real prospects and scores them against your ideal customer profile, so reps spend attention on accounts worth having rather than whatever the feed served up.
Every rep in their own voice
Each rep gets their own persona built from their own writing. Prospects are not receiving the same paragraph from four people at the same company, which is the fastest way to be recognized as automated and ignored.
Deduplication across the whole team
Dedup and engagement history are enforced across the whole workspace rather than per rep, so a prospect one rep has engaged stays in cooldown instead of being pinged again by someone else on the team.
Approval before anything leaves
Drafts queue for approval, so a manager can keep a hand on what goes out under the company’s name while reps still move quickly.
Common questions
- Can two reps accidentally contact the same prospect?
- Not while that prospect is in cooldown. Deduplication and engaged account history are enforced across the whole workspace rather than per user, so a prospect one rep has engaged is suppressed for the others rather than being contacted again.
- Does every rep need their own persona?
- Yes, and that is the point. A shared voice across a team reads as automated. Each rep’s persona is built from their own writing so the replies stay individual.
- Can managers review before anything sends?
- Yes. Human approval is the default on every draft, and roles let you separate who writes from who approves.
